What Does It Take To Be A Great Leader?

Can you recognize it when you see it?

I’ve always been into leadership. 

The ‘strength and honor’ version. 

Leading your team into battle. 

Them trusting you. 

You trusting them. 

The willingness to sacrifice yourself for each other. 

For a noble cause. 

That’s why I love the movie Gladiator. 

And Glory. 

And 300. 

You may not come out alive. 

But… 

There’s something honorable about being willing to die for your beliefs. 

Leadership to me is about... 

Vision. 

Communication. 

Motivation. 

Trust. 

But most of all… 

Love. 

You have to love the team you are leading.
